Cancellations
All orders received have a 24 hour cancellation period before being entered onto our system. Any cancellations made during this time are fully refundable (minus any transaction fees and shipping costs).
Orders received after 3pm will be classed as next working day.
Cancellations MUST be sent in writing via email to info@davesdoors.co.uk
After your 24 hour 'cooling off period' your order will be processed, your lead time will be generated by the system and sent to you via email. Cancellations after this stage will be chargeable depending on the release of goods and any shipping / processing and admin charges we have already incurred. (please see our terms and conditions below)
Returns
You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please contact us before sending any items. Without informing us may result in lost or missing items for which we can not offer a refund.
Bespoke, made to measure products can not be cancelled or returned.(eg Composite Doors, Special order items, etc)
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned
item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. All shipping costs and transactions fees are non refundable. If disatched before cancellation you may also be subject to a restocking charge.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs
are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, our cost of shipping will be deducted from your
refund.
We work to a 14 day lead time the majority of our orders will be delivered within 7 days. Lead times vary between door styles, quantities and location of delivery address. This lead time is a guide and not a guarantee, we will dispatch all orders at the soonest possible date. Within reason, lead times are not considered a valid reason for cancellation of an order. All deliveries must be checked for any damage upon receipt of delivery. Any damage or faults must be reported within 24 hours of receipt. (We can not accept responsibility for any damage, defects, mishandled goods or poorly stored items etc. beyond this point)
