Got there in the end

I would like to give 5stars as the product itself, now received is of a high quality finish. Yet to be installed I am hopeful that will not only look good but also be a good fit for insulation. The first delivery was not complete with damaged packaging, probably the couriers fault, I did find it difficult to contact Daves doors and resorted to contacting the delivery company to resolve. To their credit the matter was resolved and within 48 hrs a new Door and full order was delivered removing first incomplete delivery. For that quick turnaround I am impressed. Davedoors can only be emailed and live messaged, the phone number given goes straight voicemail. I prefer a telephone number to contact in case of any issues, especially on expensive orders. Thankfully the courier co did have a working telephone contact and so was able to sort out. if Daves doors provided a phone number that worked, it would merit a 5star from me. Looking forward to installing door.
